DDA Mini Draw 2021-22

First time ever, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is planning to conduct a "mini-draw" in July 2021, for people, who have already applied for a plot or flat under the Housing Scheme 2021, but DDA set them on the waiting-list. If we believe the reports, out of the 1354 flats offered in the DDA Housing Scheme 2021, about 300 Flats were surrendered by the Allottees, and hence those Flats will be now allotted to the people in the waitlist.
