Signature Maker
Create your signature online by typing your name in handwriting fonts or drawing it by hand, then download a transparent PNG or SVG. Free and private.
Tip: a signature is not a legally binding e-signature on its own, but it is perfect for personalising letters, emails and documents.
About the Signature Maker
A signature maker turns your name into a clean handwritten-style signature image you can drop into documents, emails and PDFs. This free online signature maker gives you two ways to sign — type it or draw it — and everything happens in your browser, so your signature is never uploaded.
In type mode, enter your name and choose from 12 handwriting and calligraphy fonts, then adjust the size, slant and ink colour until it looks right. In draw mode, sign with your mouse, trackpad or finger on a touchscreen, with adjustable pen thickness and colour plus undo and clear so you can get the stroke just how you like it.
Download a transparent-background PNG that drops straight into Word, Google Docs, a PDF or an email footer as if you signed on paper, or export an SVG vector for crisp scaling. A typed or drawn image like this is perfect for personalising letters and documents — note that on its own it is not a legally binding electronic signature.
